Are you an organised and proactive individual with excellent time management skills? We’re seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join a team in Welshpool. As an integral part of this commercial sales and leasing department, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting their busy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the commercial sales and leasing department with administrative tasks including:
– Typing authorities and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
– Aid in completing REI forms accurately and promptly.
– Managing information efficiently using VaultRE software.
– Assisting in uploading marketing information to relevant platforms.

Requirements:
– Proactive attitude with excellent time management skills.
– Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Proficient in administrative tasks and document management.
– Familiarity with VaultRE or similar real estate software program.
– Previous experience in a similar role will also be highly regarded.
