You will be involved in:
- Supporting the team with all facets of general day to day administration activities;
- Coding of invoices, budgeting and audit preparation;
- Preparation of Offers to Lease and Disclosure Statements;
- Undertaking and implementing fixed, CPI and market rent reviews;
- Lease records maintenance;
- Completion of monthly reporting to Owners; and
- Vendor reports with leasing activities on properties, inspections, activities for owners.
In order to be successful you will need:
- An understanding of commercial property management;
- Experience working within a administrative, support or management capacity in commercial property management;
- Property Management or Sales Registration;
- To have a solutions focused and adaptable approach;
- To thrive in a team oriented environment;
- To be a passionate and driven individual;
- Excellent time management and communication skills; and
- A proven ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse client base.

This position is based North of the River and is paying $60,000 plus super depending on the experience of the successful candidate.
