Assistant Property Manager (Commercial)

• Supporting the team with all facets of general day to day administration activities;
• Coding of invoices, budgeting and audit preparation;
• Preparation of Offers to Lease and Disclosure Statements;
• Undertaking and implementing fixed, CPI and market rent reviews;
• Lease records maintenance;
• Completion of monthly reporting to Owners; and
• Vendor reports with leasing activities on properties, inspections, activities for owners.

In order to be successful you will need:

• An understanding of commercial property management;
• Experience working within a administrative, support or management capacity in commercial property management;
• Property Management or Sales Registration;
• To have a solutions focused and adaptable approach;
• To thrive in a team oriented environment;
• To be a passionate and driven individual;
• Excellent time management and communication skills; and
• A proven ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse client base.

This position is based North of the River and is paying $60,000 plus super depending on the experience of the successful candidate.
