About the role
In this great position, you will not have to managing any schemes. As an assistant you will work with two Strata Managers and will have a key focus on compliance.

Duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Issuing all notice of meetings for buildings across all portfolio’s (about 240 schemes) and carrying out work from the minutes provided by the manager;
  • Managing all insurance claims for buildings across all portfolio’s; 
  • Managing all insurance renewals for buildings across all portfolio’;.
  • Quote requests, issuing of work orders, actioning work from minutes of meetings; as well as 
  • Issuing breach letters and sending out memos. 

About you
In order to be successful in this position you will:

  • Have experience in a Strata Management or Property Management Support role;
  • Be familiar with Strata Master or a similar CRM software program;
  • Have your Certificate IV in Strata Community Management or prepared to obtain it.
