Duties and Responsibilities
As the only BDM in the area and the business, you are bound to be successful from day one! 

This position will see youL

  • Prepare marketing and advertising to build Company’s brand and profile with assistance from the inhouse Marketing Manager;
  • Prospect and build relationships with property investors;
  • Respond to rental appraisal requests;
  • Convert from lead or rental appraisal to a management; and 
  • Update owners with the advertising and status updates.

You will need

  • Experience working within the property industry;
  • An understanding of property management;
  • Current Drivers Licence; and 
  • A genuine interest in building relationships and sales.
