About the Role
As the successful candidate, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with property owners, investors, and the sales team to drive rental portfolio growth.
  • Your focus will be on generating leads, onboarding new rental properties, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout the process
  • Perform rental appraisals with the highest ethical standards, ensuring transparency and trust with clients.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, staying informed on current market conditions to guide business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring consistent communication and seamless client interactions.
  • Design and implement targeted social media campaigns to boost engagement and attract new business opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

  • Hold a current PM or Sales Registration in W.A.
  • Unrestricted W.A. driver’s license
  • Strong knowledge of the RTA and property management processes
  • Confident, outgoing and professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer centric approach
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Full understanding of compliance and the ability to execute documentation accordingly
  • Ability to consistently reach and exceed KPI’s
