The Director of the business is also a well known Sales Coach who places value on upskilling everyone in the team ensuring they have industry leading tools and processes to help them along the way. 

Duties and Responsibilities
As the only BDM in the business, you will be able to hit the ground running with only the highest level of support from your team mates.

This position will see you: 

  • Prepare marketing and advertising to build Company’s brand and profile in the property management space;
  • Prospect and build relationships with property investors;
  • Respond to rental appraisal requests;
  • Convert from lead or rental appraisal to a management; and 
  • Update owners with the advertising and status updates.

You will need

  • Experience working within the property industry;
  • An understanding of property management;
  • Current Drivers Licence; and 
  • A genuine interest in building relationships and sales.
