About the role

You will be covering a maternity leave managing a government contract:

• Review applications, conduct background checks, assess financials, and provide recommendations to landlords.
• Liaise with external agencies and coordinate with Solicitors.
• Coordinate insurance and maintenance for the portfolio.
• Conclude final payments for lease or license agreements.
• Handle rent reviews, market reviews, recoveries, and reconcile management fees and budgets.
• Review property management reports, maintain tenancy schedules, monitor arrears, and provide lease expiry/renewal information.
