About the role
You will take over a well-managed portfolio of 100 leases and 70 properties consisting of mostly industrial and commercial spaces.

Duties and responsibilities will include lease contracts, rent reviews, issuing of work orders, preparing and organising outgoings budgets and reconciliation, lease renewal negotiations, rent arrears management and property inspections when required.

About you
In order to hit the ground running in this position you will need:

• Sound experience in a Commercial Property Management role.
• An understanding of the Commercial Retail Tenancies Shops Agreements Act WA.
• Current Property Management Registration.
