Position Overview:
With the hands-on support of a Head of Department, your role will be to manage a portfolio of just over 100 predominantly industrial properties located in Cockburn, Kwinana, Rockingham, Canningvale, Kewdale, and Welshpool.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Managing lease extensions and renewals
  • Liaising with property owners and tenants
  • Setting up budgets and managing financial aspects related to properties

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of $80,000 – $120,000 per annum plus superannuation
  • Additional allowances totalling $165 per week for petrol, car, and mobile expenses
  • Day to day support and training from a hands-on Department Manager and from the Director
