The company
Conveniently based only a few kms out of Perths Central Business District, this well established multi faceted, boutique firm is expanding its operations and requires a tech savvy Commercial Property Manager to join and support them with this exciting phase.

The role

• Management of a portfolio of industrial/commercial/retail properties
• Preparation of preliminary lease documentation
• Conducting rent reviews, lease extensions & assignments
• Collection of arrears and conducting inspections
• Building maintenance and coordination of trades
• Relationship management with tenants and owners

About you

• Sound experience in a Commercial Property Management position
• Personal drive, ambition and self motivation
• Possess a strong client focus & excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to a team
• Tech Savvy – Enjoy working with cloud based software
