The role

• Management of a mixed portfolio of 100 tenancies
• Commercial, industrial and retail
• Conducting rent reviews, lease extensions & assignments
• Collection of arrears and conducting inspections
• Building maintenance and coordination of trades
• Relationship management with tenants and owners

About you

• Sound experience in a Commercial Property Management position
• Previous experience with multimillion dollar assets
• Personal drive, ambition and self motivation
• Property Management Registration
• Tech Savvy
