Conveniently based in Perth’s central western suburbs, this well established multi faceted, boutique firm is expanding its operations and requires a driven Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent to join their journey and support them with this exciting phase.

The Role

• Monitoring the leasing market and prospecting new opportunities;
• Advertising and marketing available properties.
• Presenting properties to prospective tenants.
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect tenants.
• Processing applications and conducting background checks.
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and closing deals.
• Act as an industry expert providing information to clients.

About You

• Sound experience in a Commercial Sales or Leasing position.
• Strong negotiation and financial acumen. 
• Current WA sales registration.
• Personal drive, ambition and self motivation.
• Possess a strong client focus & excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create networks and nurture relationships.
