About the Opportunity
As a Commercial Strata Manager, you will oversee the management and administration of a diverse portfolio of commercial strata properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and value optimisation. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing strata schemes and liaising with executive committees and stakeholders
• Implementing effective governance practices and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
• Preparing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
• Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and capital works projects
• Facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution between owners, tenants, and contractors
• Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating insurance coverage
• Managing service contracts and tender processes
• Providing professional advice on strata matters and contributing to the development of strata management strategies

Selection criteria:

• Proven experience as a Strata Manager or in a Commercial Property Management role managing Strata Schemes.
• Strong knowledge of strata management practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
