About the company 
Work for a family-owned and operated business with years of experience managing renovations in Western Australia. 

The Director has transitioned from plumbing to renovating and is a member of the Master Builders Association. He is hardworking, family-orientated and a good communicator.  He has strong desire to grow the business and is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work along side him and help with the transition. 

About the position
In this permanent part time hands on and diverse position, you will be involved in contracts review and administration; claim investigations; estimating; client liaison and the management of the CRM.

Enjoy the autonomy and trust your experience deserves as you will have the option able to work from your own home or from their office in O’cconnor. 

About you

  • Sound experience within a contract administrator or quantity surveyor role within construction industry
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft office/Project, HubSpot CRM, BuildXact, Deputy/Service m8
  • A qualification obtained or underway in Project Management or Construction will be held in high regard however is not essential for this role.
