About the job
As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for managing 120 – 150 contracts annually. Your duties will include loading information into the system, documenting crucial details, uploading necessary documents, and liaising with settlement agents. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with builders, oversee expression of interests, provide updates at progress points, assist with MA agreements and inspections.

About you
In order hit the ground running in this position you will have 
– Previous experience in working in administration within a building, settlement or real estate company. 
– Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
