Our client, a multi award winning national developer have achieved a long term reputation for building thoughtfully designed residential communities for the last thirty years. 

Due to continued success, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator to be involved across a diversity of areas including land, built form apartments and townhouse developments. 

To be considered for this opportunity you must have: 

  • Microsoft CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365 software skills.
  • Proven experience in contract administration working within the property industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the sale to settlement process. 
  • A high level of self motivation, professionalism and communication skills.
