About the Role
– Oversee office in key departments: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
– Recruit, attract, and develop agency team members
– Lead a team of 4 sales representatives ensuring they have all the support, training and guidance needed to succeed.
– Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, and industry contacts.
– Establish and set up the property management division within the business
– Expand rental portfolio and seek property listings.

You will also have an opportunity to sell property if this is your preference however, this is not essential for the role.

About You:
In order to hit the ground running in this position, you will have:
-WA Real Estate Licence 
-Extensive background within the industry 
-Proven track record in sales 
-Experience working in a managerial or leadership role.
