The role

• Effectively maintaining a portfolio of 60 industrial properties ensuring compliance with lease agreements and property inspections and managing tenant relations. 
• Overseeing lease agreements, including lease renewals, negotiations, and rent reviews, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Monitoring rental income, managing property budgets, and liaising with the accounting team to ensure timely rent collection and financial reporting.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
