Junior Strata Manager

As the Floating Strata Manager, you will be responsible for providing relief management support and cover absenteeism for the wider team. 
    
With the assistance of the admin & accounts teams, you will be responsible for: 

• Conducting meetings for AGMs/EGMs/CMs.  
• Preparing agendas and minute taking for meetings.
• Managing all incoming and outgoing communication with owners, property managers, contractors and insurers. 
• Preparing budgets and financial reports. 
• Insurance management including submission of claims. 
• Meeting owners/contractors on site. 
• Obtaining quotes and arranging maintenance as required.
