About the role
Supporting two Land Sales Representatives at an estate North of the River, your duties will be:

• First point of contact managing the database of leads.
• Management of contract and legal administration from contract preparation to unconditional finance and settlement.
• Regular exposure to the wider project team including development, conveyancing, and marketing.
• Networking with several active builder relationships.
• Competitor analysis; and
• Face-to-face customer service.

Working hours are 10am – 5pm. This role requires you to work 5 days a week including weekends. You will get each Tuesday and Wednesday off.

To hit the ground running you will need

• A customer focus and results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Experience in a sales support or sales position; and 
• To possess a driver’s license.

• Salary: OTE $80,000 - $90,000
