Looking after land sales south of the river, you would be selling across multiple estates and leverage off a generous builder referral incentive program. 

The Opportunity: 

  • Managing the sales office on weekends providing exceptional customer service, delivering product information and pricing to buyers. 
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with builder sales reps and promoting the builder incentive program to generate leads.  
  • Identifying new leads, managing those leads and converting them into sales. 
  • Undertaking market research and competitor analysis in the local area.
  • Assisting with sales contract documentation.  

What We’re Looking For: 

  • An enthusiastic and switched on professional with a strong track record in land, real estate sales or the property industry in general.  
  • Valid Sales Registration Certificate.
  • Willing to work in a sales office on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. 
  • Motivated, hardworking and most importantly a positive attitude! 

To be considered for this role you must possess a current Real Estate Sales Representative registration and be willing to work out of the sales office on weekends.
