About the role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the implementation of marketing activity to deliver against key sales and marketing objectives across the business portfolio.

Duties will include:

• Coordinating marketing activity across various mediums inline with marketing plans;
• Coordinating Events for grand openings, buyer nights and VIP functions;
• Reviewing and analysing enquiry/activity reports for projects and refining marketing strategies to optimise results;
• Regularly reviewing competition advertising and promotions;
• Working with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure the sales team have the require marketing material; and
• Working alongside the Marketing Manager to create and implement project marketing strategies and to track marketing expenditure against project budgets adjusting plans as required. 

About you

• Sound experience in a marketing, advertising or communications role;
• Qualifications in Marketing, communications or journalism; and
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Property development, real estate and/or building knowledge will be held in high regard.
