Day to day you will be supporting a Sales Representative with:

  • Making buyer feedback calls;
  • Vendor reporting;
  • Preparing appraisals;
  • Pointer sign and run sheet preparation;
  • Attending inspections;
  • Conducting home opens;
  • Creating and checking contracts; and
  • Preparing sales documentation and sending correspondence.

The ideal applicant:

  • Current WA Sales Registration (essential)
  • Reliable vehicle and current drivers licence
  • Strong administration or sales background
  • Availability to work Monday, Tuesday and Saturdays

We are looking for an immaculately presented candidate with strong communication and administration skills. You must have first class written skills and excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in your contracts.
