Duties and Responsibilities 
Manage a portfolio of up to 125 properties located mostly in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth. 

Using Property Tree, Agentbox and Inspect Real Estate, you will be responsible for leasing, routine and final inspections, maintenance coordination, arrears management, invoice approvals and client relationship management.

You will not be provided a mobile phone which means when you aren’t at work you can truly enjoy time with your loved ones! You will also have access to a company car to use during work hours. 

Salary and Hours of Work
The salary on offer is $70,000 plus superannuation. The offer will be dependent on the knowledge and experience of the successful Property Manager.
