A modern agency in the City of Melville with a small team of 4 people in total. This company has a key focus on ensuring a reasonable employee workload to avoid burn out! They have all the latest systems to make your day run smoothly as well as a great portfolio of quality homes, owners and tenants. 

About the Portfolio
Manage 100 properties end to end including:
– Leasing;
– Arrears Management;
– Managing Maintenance;
– Managing Insurance Claims;
– Court paperwork and attendance;
– Conducting routine and final inspections; and
– Processing final bonds.

PCRs are outsourced and there is no Trust Accounting. 

On Offer
Monday – Friday role. 9am – 5pm. $68,000 + Super + Take home company car + fuel allowance + bonuses.

Selection Criteria
– Sound experience in a property management role;
– The ability to complete inspections to a high standard;
– PM Registration and Drivers Licence. 
– Experience using Property Property Tree, Maintenance Manager and Inspect Real Estate will be highly regarded however training can also be provided for the the right person.
