As you walk in, you are greeted by the most welcoming Receptionist who is genuinely happy to see their trusted Property Manger ready to conquer the day.

A Typical Day
Manage a nice portfolio of 120 -130 properties with a good proportion located within strata complexes or within the same locations. 
  
The role requires you to do all facets of Property Management and to ultimately be accountable for the relationship with the owner and tenant. 
  
You will be supported by a Trust Accountant who works 4-days per week and you will also have a shared assistant who does the inspection scheduling across the team. 

Selection Criteria

• Property Management Certificate of Registration;
• Current Drivers Licence;
• Sound work experience in a Property Management role;
• Availability and willingness to work one Saturday per month (or as required if there is a team member on leave).
