About the role 
You will be doing property management and leasing for a tight portfolio of approximately 100 properties that are located around Cannington, South East of the river.

Being the single point of contact for clients, while being heavily supported by our admin team with most aspects of the role.

Your duties will include:

• Advertising and showing properties for lease.
• Routine inspections.
• Handling of maintenance.
• Final bond inspections.
• Rent Reviews – with assistance.
• Lease renewals – with assistance.
• Management Authority Renewals – with assistance.
• Arrears management – with assistance.
• Building relationships.

About you

In order to hit the ground running in this role, you will have:

• Sound experience in a property management environment;
• A valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle;
• A love for what you do; and
• A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure you provide the best customer service to your clients.
