Property Manager

Press Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a leading property investment and development company in the Western Suburbs of Perth, Australia. 

This company is a leader within the industry, with a strong focus on creating long-term wealth for their clients. They are committed to providing exceptional customer service and have a strong focus on innovation and technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties using Property Me from 28 March 2023 until 28 April 2023. These dates also allow for a one-week handover prior to and following the current employee’s leave period which you will be covering. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Portfolio management with leasing
• Maintenance management 
• Arrears management 
• Lease preparation and lease sign ups
• Reletting and marketing

There will not be any PCRS, routine inspections or trust accounting in this assignment as these duties are outsourced. You will also be supported by an assistant who will help with leasing and renewals.

Criteria

• Property Management experience  
• WA Certificate of Registration
• Legislation knowledge 
• Valid driver’s license
