About the role

• This is a full-time gig, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. They know life happens, so there’s some flexibility too.
• You’ll be responsible for the management of initially 85 properties, strategically situated mostly within a 15km radius of their North Perth office. You will progressively oversee up to 130 properties. This growth offers a rewarding challenge as you bring your expertise to a wider range of properties.
• To ensure seamless operations, you’ll have the valuable support of shared Assistants. They will assist you in essential tasks such as lease preparation, bond variation preparation, management information compilation, setting up new agent details across various contacts (council, water, strata), entering tenant data into the systems, coordinating electrical safety certificates, arranging landlord insurance, and facilitating routine inspections.

On offer is $65,000 – $75,000 plus super and an additional allowance of $0.95 per km travelled.
