About the Position:
In this position, you will look after a portfolio of approximately 100 properties located mainly in the CBD/Inner Suburbs of Perth. The portfolio includes houses and apartments, with the average rent sitting at $550.

Duties include communication between landlords and tenants, inspections, PCR updates, bonds management, rent arrears management, maintenance management, and court attendance.

Support is provided with inspections, processing applications, and new tenant sign-ups. You will also receive assistance with rent arrears reporting, inspection notices, reminders, and setting up new tenancies.
