Their team is extensive, comprising Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers, Senior Managers, and an esteemed Branch Manager, who oversees the entire operation. Additionally, they have dedicated leasing professionals.

About the role
Manage a portfolio of properties based mainly in Inglewood, Mount Lawley, Highgate, Butler and Clarkson.

You will have the support from a dedicated Leasing Agent who will conduct routine inspections and PCRs and a Leasing Agent who will conduct your viewings and screen potential tenants. 

This position is paying $75,000 – $80,000 plus super.

You will also receive:

• $250 for any new managements brought into the business.
• A company uniform.
• All the CPD points and training are paid for.
• A phone and computer.
• The option to work a 9 day fortnight getting a paid day off every 2 weeks or the option to work from home during the week. 

Also, as an opportunity to further add to the total salary, a fun competition is run twice a year between the team, winners receiving up to $1500 more on top of their annual salary!
