About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of 120- 140 properties. Your responsibilities will include:

– Reviewing and sending inspection reports to property owners.
– Managing lease renewals and new tenant sign-ups, including bond and initial rent processing.
– Responding to queries from tenants and landlords
– Coordinating maintenance requests and approving maintenance accounts.
– Onboarding new properties from the Business Development Manager (BDM).
– Supporting and training the Property Management Assistant, including final inspections.

Skills and Experience
– Current Property Management registration and a valid driver’s license
– Experience in property management with a portfolio of 130+ properties
– Experience with IRE software preferred
– Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act & Reba Act
– Proven ability to interpret Lease Agreements and handle negotiations
