Property Manager

About the role:

Manage a decent size portfolio of under 100 properties located in Doubleview, Scarborough, Wembley Downs and surrounds. 

Enjoy working in a structure where you can oversee the entire portfolio with the support of a shared Assistant.

Day to day you will:

• Manage lease renewals
• Conduct routine and final inspections
• Manage PCRS
• Action any maintenance requests
• Check invoices
• Manage relationships and communication with owners and tenants

What we are looking for:

In order to be successful in this position, you will need experience working in a residential property management position. You will also need your own car and have a valid drivers licence. Experience using PropertyTree is not essential however, will be looked upon favourably.
