About You
You are an experienced Property Manager with sound knowledge of WA Property Management legislation and practice. You enjoy A-Z property management with no leasing, no trust accounting and PCR’s that are outsourced so you can focus on creating the best experience for the owners and tenants alike.

You thrive when working in a structured environment and like working in a close-knit team.

A Typical Day

• Conduct routine and final inspections
• Process maintenance requests
• Arrears follow up
• Timely communication and relationship management

Selection Criteria

• Sound experience in Property Management
• A current PM Registration
• A valid drivers license and own vehicle 
• Excellent time management skills

This position is based in the Southern Suburbs of Perth. They are paying $60,000 – $65,000 + Super.
