Property Manager

Using Property Me, you will be responsible for the end to end property management of your own portfolio. 

Your role will be: 

• Coordination of maintenance;
• Management of rental arrears;
• Routine and Final Bond Inspections; and 
• Maintaining sound relationships with tenants and landlords. 

To be successful you will need:

• A current WA Property Management Registration; 
• Experience working within a Residential Property Management position; 
• A reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence.
