They will transition from an End to End structure to a new “Function Based” based structure in the coming months. implementing new software’s such as PropertyTree.

Bonus – The office is currently being refurbished with a new modern fit out.

A Typical Day

• Don’t worry about leasing, lease renewals, maintenance and home opens or final bonds inspections. The Admin Assistant has you covered!
• Managing a great portfolio of 100 – 127 managements
• Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm

You

• Property Management Registration.
• Sound experience with end to end portfolio management.
• Experience with REST and Rentfind will be highly regarded
• A reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
