About the Position
You will report to a Head of Department who is passionate, forward thinking and hands on. Regardless of your level of experience, enjoy not being thrown in the deep end. You will undertake a two week induction program which will ensure you know the systems and processes and have the right tools to do the job. 

Working in a team, this portfolio is ran a little different to your traditional end to end property management approach. You will be supported by a qualified Property Manager, a Virtual Assistant, a BDM as well as a Trust Accountant and Compliance Officer.  

Have peace of mind knowing you can take leave and the Senior Property Manager will step in to ensure you can actually switch off and come back to no backlog!

About You
In order to thrive in the position, you will be an experienced Property Manager or an experienced Assistant with a willingness to learn a new way of property management.

You are someone who is exceptionally organised and enjoy working with checklists and in a structured environment. 

On Offer
This position is paying $55,000 – $65,000 plus super with the option of a company take home car. This can be negotiable depending on your level of experience.

You will be managing a portfolio South of the River.
