About the role 
Working along side your own, dedicated full time Assistant your role will have focus on client communication. 

Duties will include:  

  • Relationship Management;
  • Conducing Final inspections;
  • Managing rent arrears;
  • Negotiating and processing lease renewals;
  • Organising maintenance;
  • Issuing invoices; and
  • Final bonds.

Ability to earn up to $96,000 total package pending experience. 

About you
In order to be successful in this position you will have:

  • Sound experience in a Residential Property Management role
  • WA PM Registration 
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers licence.
