We are looking for an outgoing and experienced Property Manager to join a dynamic and vibrant property management team located in the picturesque town of Broome. 

Working in a team of six other Property Managers you will oversee 120 properties which are all conveniently located within a 20km radius of the head office. Consisting of 25 staff, expect to thrive with the support of your team and enjoy the warm and friendly culture of the business.  

Your portfolio will cover:

• Leasing and lease renewals
• Coordinating maintenance
• Routine inspections
• Managing final bond inspections
• Coordinating Property Condition Reports
• Managing arrears

  What you will bring:

• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to picture perfect Broome
• Up to date Property Management Registration
• Valid drivers licence 
• Sound Property Management experience
• Skills using REST, FileSmart and Maintenance Manager software will be highly regarded although are not essential
