About the company
Work for a well established boutique organisation conveniently located in the lovely suburb of Leeming next to the Murdoch train station. This business has been around since has been around 1988 and has an excellent reputation in the local community. 

About the role
This is a wonderfully unique role which will allow you to work across a number of areas of the business. No two days will be the same- in the BEST way! 

Duties will include:

  • Reception cover – 2 days;
  • Processing sales and listing files for the sales team;
  • Property Management administration assisting three experienced Property Managers;
  • Assisting with final bond inspections and PCRs
  • Ad hoc Property Management duties (minimal outside work). 

About you
In order to be successful in this position you will enjoy variety in your work, be adaptable in your approach and have a genuine willingness to wanting to help others. 

Experience working within a Property focused role as well as a Sales/ Property Management Registration will be highly regarded. You will also need a valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
