As active property investors ourselves and a combined 20+ years of internal recruitment and HR experience, we offer a different approach to agency recruitment.
  
Based in the South Perth area our office has plenty of parking on site and is walking distance from a great coffee shop, a local IGA and a variety of restaurants for you to get a bite to eat at lunch.

Your core duties will include:

• Running creative advertising campaigns;
• Talent mapping and monitoring various markets;
• Relationship and resource management;
• Compliance and reporting;
• Assisting the recruitment team with ad hoc duties.

To be successful you will have:

• Sound experience working within a Real Estate sales support or Recruitment support capacity;
• Confidence to communicate over the phone and build strong relationships with job seekers;
• Proven ability to create creative content and run successful marketing campaigns across various platforms;
• A bright & outgoing personality who enjoys having fun at work and can fit into a small team with ease.

On offer is $45K – $50K + Superannution depending on experience.
