About the Opportunity
As a Retail Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a growing, diverse portfolio of retail properties. Your primary focus will be to maximise occupancy, rental income, and tenant satisfaction, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
• Conducting regular property inspections and implementing maintenance and repair plans
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants
• Analyzing market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing insights to drive performance
• Overseeing financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and external partners
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Property Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of retail property management practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• WA Property Management Registration

• Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 plus superannuation
