About the Company
Located in one of Perths inner suburbs this leading private residential property developer with communities in Western Australia, Victoria, and Queensland. 

About the role
Provide effective leadership to the busy Sales Administration team of three, drive forecasting, report to senior management and improve operational efficiency within the department.

A key focus of the role will be to develop and maintain the company sales contract documentation ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and minimising our exposure to legal risk.  

About you
To hit the ground running in this position you will have:

  • Experience managing a team;
  • Senior experience in contracts administration, preferably in the residential land development or real estate industries;
  • A developed understanding of all applicable legislation including the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 [SS1] , Sale of Land Act 1970 and Strata Titles Act 1985; and
  • The ability to identify and interpret changes to relevant real estate legislation and apply those changes to sales contract documentation.
  • Possession of a current Western Australian Real Estate Agent’s Licence and Triennial Certificate is also considered essential.
