This company has Directors with very strong experience in the Western Australian real estate market. They provide a boutique, personal approach to business and have an abundance of knowledge and property expertise that you will appreciate.
Duties and Responsibilities
In this diverse and exciting position you will:

  • Process listing agreements 
  • Process and manage sales contracts
  • Prepare and process files for settlement
  • Attend and take minutes at the weekly in-house meetings
  • Arrange seminars/training 
  • Type letters & general correspondence
  • Coordinate weekly press bookings
  • Prepare and order marketing collateral
  • Maintain & prepare Rep Accounts 
  • Maintain & prepare Vendor Paid Advertising 

Selection Criteria

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within the Real Estate industry in an Administration based position;
  • My Desktop experience; 
  • A high level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced work environment; and 
  • Availability to start immediately.
