About the Role
As the successful candidate, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Build an inclusive high performance customer centric culture where everyone in the sales team enjoys coming to work.
  • Take ownership of the team’s sales performance, providing regular progress reports to the Director and Leadership team.
  • Track and document the sales team’s collective and individual progress on their KPIs, including prospecting, database metrics, sales, listings, and income, as agreed upon with the Director.
  • Oversee the sales team’s marketing and social media efforts, ensuring all office materials are up-to-date, professional, and aligned with brand standards by coordinating closely with marketing personnel.
  • Develop and execute a continuous recruitment strategy to ensure a steady pipeline of new and experienced candidates for ongoing discussions with you and the Director about their future opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and direction to sales staff on their obligations under the Real Estate and Business Agents Act, the 2011 Code of Conduct for Agents and Sales Representatives, Australian Consumer Law, and other relevant legislation.

 
Skills and Experience:

  • Hold a current Sales Registration in W.A.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve targets and drive performance.
  • Expertise in creating and executing sales strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth
  • Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing sales performance metrics to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and implement solutions that enhance sales processes and team performance.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and best practices to drive success and maintain a competitive edge
