About the role
You will join a team who are responsible for developing some of Perth most contemporary and premium properties in attractive locations.

You will work across a number of built form projects at various stages. You will be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of these projects which includes but is not limited to: forecasting and managing design fee & budgets, managing all associated 3rd parties and working with internal stakeholders to execute the sales and marketing strategy.

This role requires a high level of ability to assess, identify and manage all potential risk to the project, as well as developing recommendations for project risk mitigation.
Having the ability to seek out opportunities to implement strategies to ensure delivery of projects in conformity with development plan and business strategy.

About you
You will have sound experience in delivering all aspects of residential development combined with a Degree qualification in Property, Construction, Finance/Valuation, Civil Engineering or Urban Planning.

You must have experience in project management an knowledge to manage the inputs and outputs for a commercial assessment.
