Senior Property Manager

In this business, you will find yourself part of the family from day one. Enjoy end of week celebrations, team sun downers, birthday fun, regular office cook ups and constant laughter. 

Work alongside two Residential Property Managers who are very experienced and dedicated to building the reputation of the business through pure quality management. 

Portfolio Structure:

• 100 – 110 properties 
• PCRs are outsourced
• No Trust Accounting
• Property Tree Software
• Duties include leasing, routine and final inspections, maintenance coordination, arrears management and invoice approvals. 
• Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm however if there is a hard to lease property you will be required to show the property on Saturday. 

You will not be provided a mobile phone which means when you aren’t at work you can truly enjoy time with your loved ones! You will also have access to a company car to use during work hours. 

The salary on offer is $60,000 – $70,000 plus superannuation. The offer will be dependent on the knowledge and experience of the successful Property Manager.
