About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of 55 properties, reporting to the Directors of the Company. Your key responsibilities include:  

• Delivering expert service to property owners by conducting thorough inspections and preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) to ensure they receive the most current and accurate information on market value.
• Reviewing and sending inspection reports to property owners.
• Managing lease renewals, new tenant sign-ups, and processing bonds and initial rent.
• Responding to queries from tenants and landlords in a timely and reliable manner.
• Efficiently coordinating and approving maintenance requests and accounts with reliability and promptness.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new properties.
• Managing the Trust Account and assisting with end of month reporting.

  Skills and Experience

• Current Property Management registration and a valid driver’s license.
• Sound experience in Property Management.
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Proven ability to interpret Lease Agreements and handle negotiations.
