You will be responsible for:

• Landlord and tenant communication maintaining strong relationships; 
• Coordination of maintenance; 
• Arrears management;
• Leasing and lease renewals;
• Reviewing new applications (which have already been processed).

You will work with a full time and very experienced assistant who will be solely dedicated to doing your portfolios inspections, water arrears as well as processing all applications. 

An internal Trust Accountant will look after all end of month and all your PCRs will be outsourced. 

What you bring to the team:

• A client service driven approach;
• Natural enthusiasm and a positive attitude;
• Proven experience in residential property management;
• WA certificate of Registration; and
• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
