About the position
In this role, you will be working alongside another experienced Property Manager and a dedicated Assistant to ensure your workload is manageable and you can provide a high level of service to your clients.

Duties and responsibilities will be split between the three team members.

As the Senior in the team your role will include: 

• Daily Huddles
• Weekly/ Monthly planning 
• Final Bond Inspections
• 25% Routine Inspections each month
• Negotiations of Lease Renewals, MA Renewals, Rent Reviews
• Arrears management 10+ days
• Presenting Applications
• Audit Inspection Reports
• Owner communication and tenant communication 
• Court
• Insurance Claims

About you
In order to be hit the ground running in this position you will need:

• Current PM Registration 
• Drivers Licence & reliable vehicle 
• Sound experience within a Property Management role
• Knowledge of Property Tree is advantageous however, if you don’t have experience they will provide you the training.
